World Kangaroo Care Day 2025' was observed 28th May 25 at Ashulia Women and Children Hospital with a special scientific seminar. The keystone paper was presented by Dr Anima Ferdous, Asst. Professor, department of paediatrics, IWCH and AWCH.
It is a pleasure to share that AWCH has recently initiated Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) to help protect the lives of premature and underweight newborns.
The seminar was attended by the CEO, Academic Director and Head (Paediatrics), DMS, Consultants, Doctors and Nurses of the hospital.
